Drawing on its extensive experience, SUBMEET designs and delivers educational experiences for adult learners and staff, combining formal, non-formal, professional and community-based settings according to the expected outcomes.

1. Formal education

SUBMEET’s network and contribution
SUBMEET collaborates with schools and CPIAs, adult learners, Universities of the Third Age, Third Sector organisations, businesses, professional organisations, European partners and Erasmus+ Adult Education networks.
- It organises adult training, including pathways into or back into employment and entrepreneurial activity.
- It develops digital skills, soft skills, entrepreneurship, active citizenship and social inclusion.
- It promotes European mobility and cooperation for learning, sharing and innovation.
- It supports Adult Education organisations in the design, management and quality of European projects.
- It facilitates local and international networks and communities of practice, good-practice exchange and intergenerational learning.
Key message: SUBMEET does not replace formal education institutions; it connects and strengthens the ecosystem by linking formal, non-formal and community-based learning with European opportunities.
